Quartic Solutions LLC, a San Diego based GIS consulting firm, announced today that is supporting, as a CGI team member, the City of San Diego's Development Services Department with the setup and configuration of GIS services to support the implementation of the Accela Civic Platform.
The project is a multi-year, multi-million dollar effort to replace the existing permitting system with a hosted solution.
