The City of Encinitas has signed a master GIS support contract with Quartic Solutions. Quartic will provide fd a full range of professional GIS services to the City under this new contract. Both project based and operational support for local municipal governmental services are covered. The City of Encinitas has an advanced GIS program with extensive web GIS; integrated systems; mobile; extranet; asset management; and traditional desktop applications the support all city departments in their daily operations.
