The City of Encinitas, a community of 60,000 residents, has signed a new GIS support contract to Quartic Solutions to continue supporting enterprise GIS, including Cityworks AMS, ArcSDE, ArcServer, and desktops. This will be the 9th consecutive year that Encinitas has contracted with Quartic Solutions.
