CGI, a leading independent IT and business process services firm, has expanded Quartic Solutions' contract to not only provide Enterprise GIS support to the City of San Diego, but also further to Quartic Solutions developing a GIS consolidation plan for the Public Utilities Department in 2014, this plan is now in the implementation phase. This plan will serve as the road-map for future GIS architecture and development. Quartic have developed a number of applications for the Public Utilities Department as part of this plan and are currently developing the database model for the data conversion phase of this project.
